Sally Morrissey manages Gloucestershire Domestic Abuse Support Services (GDASS) and believes that it is a human right to live a life free from violence. She has worked in the field since 1979 running refuges, outreach services and helplines and has been involved with National Women’s Aid campaigning on behalf of victims of domestic abuse. Sally is particularly interested in supporting and educating young people about not accepting being in a violent relationship. She is also a Trustee of a Bristol-based charity working with young people who abuse and use violence against a parent. A die-hard Manchester United fan, who coaches football and holds an FA coaching certificate, Sally lives in Bristol with her partner and son and loves walking her dog.
