Friday 26th November 2021 was the much anticipated return of our annual dinner event. It was a very special occasion, having waited so long to be able to hold the event, and is always one of our favourites.
Held at Hatherley Manor Hotel & Spa, the evening started in style with people arriving in all their glamorous outfits, greeted by horse (unicorn!) and carriage to set the start of the Once Upon a Time theme.
The sell-out room full of guests were treated to an introduction and charity update by Nick Gazzard, a superb three-course meal, auction, silent auction and prize draw. Finished off with music from the very talented Tommy & The Fuse and DJ by Gary Goodhall.
Of course, the event is a fundraiser, but given the circumstances of the past 18 months it was extra special to be able to see so many familiar faces and supporters of the charity, engage with new people and have some fun.
We’d like to say a big thank you to everyone who came, all the staff and volunteers who organised the event and helped dress the room up, to our event sponsors EG Carter, to all the entertainers who had us up on our feet dancing and to the staff at Hatherley Manor. 💜
