Health & Relationship Workshop

A 60-90-minute workshop that covers all elements of healthy relationships.
Many people, especially in younger age groups, do not understand what a healthy relationship is. Often, those in abusive relationships have simply accepted that the issues they face on a day-to-day basis are normal. However, there is evidence to suggest that with guidance, education and raising awareness of unacceptable behaviours by perpetrators, it is possible to change attitudes and help ensure that more people can escape abusive relationships.
This workshop explores healthy relations including exercises on spotting the signs of an unhealthy relationship and what to look out for, the warning signs. Identifying the Key Risk Indicators is key to early intervention. We also cover how to converse with those suffering and what action can be taken. Finally, we look at Clare’s Law and Hollie Guard.
