Due to the continued success of the Hollie Gazzard Trust we are looking for additional Trustees to join our dedicated Board to continue our great work.
The Trust continues to go from strength to strength and is not only recognised as a nationwide charity dedicated to the safeguarding of young people, but is also gaining international recognition. To further this development, we are looking for Trustees with specialist skills in marketing communications, IT and business development.
We are also looking for Trustees who can commit to the time and demands required to fulfil the role, undertake the general responsibilities of a Trustee and contribute to the general running of the Trust. It is anticipated that the time required to perform the role of a Trustee will be approximately 8 hours a month.
This is a great opportunity for those who are passionate about raising the profile and supporting the reduction of domestic violence in the UK.
You will contribute to ensuring the organisation achieves its charitable objectives, whilst abiding by its values and keeping within the law. By joining the board at the Hollie Gazzard Trust, you will be part of an ambitious organisation that has the full support of its founders.
Time commitment
The board meets bi-monthly and additional time will be required to prepare for boards meetings and to provide ad hoc support if required. Current Trustees advise that 2-3 hours per week are required to carry out the role effectively. Board meetings are held in Gloucester (GL2).
