Lone Working Workshop

A half-day interactive workshop covering the elements facing both employers and employees involved in lone working. It’s estimated that 6.8 million people in the UK are lone workers equating to 22% of the working population. Employers are responsible for lone worker safety during working hours, whether they are in the office, in a vehicle, or on a home visit. By law, employers have specific responsibilities towards the safety of their employees, as do the employees themselves.
This interactive workshop explores the health and safety issues surrounding lone working. We look at identifying risk, undertaking risk assessments and implementing risk control measures. We examine the protection available and what can be put in place to help support and protect staff.
