Everyone at the Hollie Gazzard Trust would like to say a big THANK YOU to all the schools, colleges, workplaces and individuals who took part in Purple HollieDay 2024!

In its fourth year, Purple HollieDay is a special day to remember Hollie, and all those who have been tragically impacted by domestic abuse, domestic violence, stalking and knife crime. We encourage you to be creative and have fun as you #GoPurple to raise funds for and awareness of the work of the Hollie Gazzard Trust.

On Friday 5th July 2024 there were numerous schools, shops, businesses and people who went purple for the occasion! The 2024 event had added significance being the 10th anniversary year for the charity.

From purple dress down days and purple cake sales, to the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Gloucestershire, Chris Nelson, turning their logo purple on social media, and the Gloucester Quays outlet lit up in purple on Friday night. We saw it all!

Founder and CEO of Hollie Gazzard Trust, Nick Gazzard said: ”Purple HollieDay is such a fun event for us! Hollie was all about fun, and with it being the month of her birthday, this is exactly what we want to do. It is a fundraiser too, so we encourage as many people to raise awareness and funds whilst going purple. Thank you to everyone who got involved, the pictures on social media were brilliant to.”
