A big thank you to the Gloucestershire College students who came together to put on the ‘Music for Gazzard’ performance at Gloucester Guildhall. Led by the remarkably talented Will Keeble, a group of music students took to the stage for an unforgettable performance.
The event was a heartfelt tribute to the memory of Hollie and a demonstration of unity and support for the Hollie Gazzard Trust. With a crowd of 80 to 100 people, there was a spectacular array of music that spanned genres and generations — from the timeless tunes of the Beatles and Michael Jackson to the iconic strains of Fleetwood Mac and even some spirited heavy metal. What was particularly striking about this event was the sheer versatility of the young musicians. The spirit of the evening was perhaps best embodied by Will Keeble, whose charisma and genuine passion for the cause captivated everyone present.
Nick Gazzard said: ”We’d like to say a big thank you to Will and all the students who put on ‘Music for Gazzard’. Not only was it a tremendous evening, but the group have kindly donated proceeds from ticket sales to the Hollie Gazzard Trust. We are really grateful for their support to raise awareness and funds for the charity. Well done to all the students, you certainly have bright futures ahead as talented musicians.”
Their contributions will aid in our continuous efforts to tackle domestic abuse, stalking and support young people through our educational initiatives and programs.
