GlosCol Winter Wonderland Catwalk

Sophie Lydia Smith and Nick Gazzard were invited to be on the judging panel of the Gloucestershire College hairdressing students Winter Wonderland competition. They were joined on the judging panel by formal hairdressing student Georgina Exton.

The competition was for both level 1 & level 2 hairdressing students and gave them the opportunity to show how creative they could be around the theme of a Winter Wonderland. And they did not disappoint. The array of styles from the 50 or so students who entered was fantastic and trying to decide the winners was a difficult task.

All the students should be immensely proud of their contribution to the competition and the way that they dressed and styled their models was just outstanding.

Nick Gazzard said ‘you can see that all students have put a lot of thought and effort into their entries this evening. This is even more remarkable when you realise that some of the students have only been hairdressing for a few months. The Trust is very proud of its association with the College and continuing to fund both hair and beauty students’.

Sophie and Nick were delighted to represent the Trust on the evening and would like to say a big thank you to all the hairdressing lecturers for their hospitality and for having them as a part of the judging panel.
