Thank you to everyone who joined us on our annual walk, Walk4Hollie. The sun shone down as all our walkers stomped the streets of Gloucester to remember Hollie and all those lost too soon to domestic abuse and knife crime. We’d like to also say a huge THANK YOU to the event sponsors Flo-Vent Gloucester.
For the second year running, the walk started and finished at The Glevum Inn in Longlevens. Thank you to the team there for hosting us so brilliantly.
Nick Gazzard said: ”The walk is so important to the charity. It gives us the opportunity to come together with our supporters and raise vital awareness of the issues that still blight our society – knife crime and domestic abuse. It’s a time to reflect, remember and think about what we can do to tackle these issues. Thank you to everyone who came along and joined us. The weather was glorious and it was great to see everyone.”
Thank you again for your support. The charity only exists because of the hard work of the staff and volunteers, as well as the kind donations from the public.
Details of Walk4Hollie 2024 will come soon, but for now attention turns to Purple HollieDay on Friday 7th July.
